In order to apply for a visa, you need to:
Be registered to the Summit and have fully paid for your registration fee;
Request an official invitation letter, quoting your registration number, from the Korean government by sending an email to email@example.com. The invitation letter will exempt you from the visa fee, so please take your registration confirmation letter when applying.
Apply up to 1 month before the Congress at the latest through the Korean embassy in your country. If your nationality is not in the list of countries on the Ministry website, we kindly ask you to contact the Korean embassy or consulate in your country to confirm the conditions of your visa application.

Special entry arrangements for Jeju Island
If you are directly landing to Jeju International Airport from your last destination, some airports in China, Japan and Taipei allow participants to enter Jeju Island without a visa*, except for citizens of the following nationalities:
Afghanistan, Cuba, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Libia, Macedonia, Nigeria, Sudan, Syria, and Palestine
