- Registration - Registration Information
Please follow these steps to register to the summit.

Any person interested in participating in the Summit shall fill in an application form.
Once submitted, the applicant will receive an email.

* Registration fee includes
- Session entry fee, luncheon, dinner, shuttle bus from the airport to the meeting venue and meeting program materials.
- Registration fee does not include air ticket, accommodation, and breakfast.
The registration fee shall be paid in Euros. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Confirmation letter will be sent within three weeks upon clearance of payment. Any transfer and/or exchange fees shall be paid by the participant to the Summit.

The registration will be confirmed once the payment of the relevant fee or the payment voucher is received (e.g. copy of the bank transfer). Once the registration is validated, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address included in the application form.
All changes and cancellations shall be made in writing. Cancellations will bear a management fee of €50.00 . Reimbursements shall be made after the Summit.
